Sheklibl is a barren hellworld, which would challenge the survival of nearly any sophont in Charted Space if it weren't already barren.

• As a barren world, it has no overt population, government, or law level.
• Hellworlds often offer daily, and sometimes hourly, life-threatening situations to their inhabitants.
• This world could probably be populated by very determined colonists if any had an inclination to do so...
• It is an unclaimed Non-Aligned world located in the Semso Subsector of Chiep Zhez Sector.

Sheklibl is a binary star system.

• Both are red main sequence stars.
  • They are close companions.

The worlds of the system have been surveyed. They consist of:

Sheklibl has a circumbinary orbit, circling around both stars and receiving their combined energy output.

Mainworld Size (S)

Sheklibl is a Meso World between 8,800km and 10,400km in diameter. The world has a standard gravity between 0.6G and 0.8G. The horizon will appear about 4.4km away.

Mainworld Atmosphere (A)

Sheklibl has an Exotic Atmosphere and possesses an unusual gas mix which requires the use of oxygen tanks. Additionally, protective suits, while not necessary, are recommended. TL–8 or more advanced survival gear is required to settle this world.

Mainworld Hydrosphere (H)

Sheklibl has no free-standing water or ice on the surface. What little water or ice exists is heavily tainted with other substances, which makes it dangerous, corrosive, or toxic. Wilderness refueling isn't possible on this world. Water for the inhabitants needs to be imported and extensively recycled. These worlds are Hell Worlds.
