Scoutpost Fa is a barren vacuum world with no overt population, government, or law level.
- These worldlets warrant hazardous environment precautions.
- Life in a vacuum requires great discipline. After all, it only takes one forgotten seal on a vacuum suit to spell death.
- This world could be populated if anyone had an inclination to do so...
- This dangerous world is designated an Amber Zone with an environment, laws, customs, life forms, or other conditions make it dangerous to visitors.
- This die back world was once settled and developed, but the inhabitants have either died off or left leaving behind the ruins and remnants of their civilization.
- It is a member of the Pirian Domain in the Factorium Subsector of Gakghang Sector.
Scoutpost Fa was, prior to the Empress Wave, an unremarkable world populated by a few hundred sophonts, mostly Pirians. It was officially the far side of the two-system scout complex composed of Scoutpost Fa and Scoutpost Ne. In practice, it was a system full of training and testing ranges for scouts, including cloning facilities to make deployable flora and fauna that rarely lasted more than a few days, long enough to be surveyed. The mainworld itself was staffed by volunteers, with a strict no-children policy, though quite a few retirees from the Pirian Domain's scout service chose to live their final years on this world.
No warning reached this world about the Empress Wave, which left no survivors. As of 1105, Scoutpost Fa is mostly notable as the closest Pirian Domain world to the Corsair Lyceum, accessible via (and a staging point for ventures to) Double Line. The training facility has not yet been rebuilt, and likely will not so long as the conflict with the [{Corsair Lyceum]] continues with no border changes.
