The Leset class Fleet Tender is a warship.

Description (Specifications)[edit]

Designed and built as a prototype at Leset for the Protectorate of Leset. This ship operates within the Far Home Sector. The TL–12 hull has Jump-2 drives and carries enough internal fuel for a single Jump-2, and carry drop tanks with 28 days of power plant fuel and an additional Jump-2 as needed.

Serving as the flagship for the Protectorate People's Forces. It can carry a single 5,000 ton TL–11 Oromet Class System Defense Boat. She has a dispersed structure hull for rapid deployment and recovery. She has fuel refineries, but is not well suited to wilderness refueling operations, unassisted. She carries 36 marines with 34 drop capsules for orbital assaults. The weapons include ten triple beam laser turrets, ten dual fusion gun turrets, a particle accelerator bay, and three missile bays for offense. She has thirty triple sand caster turrets for defense. She is equipped with redundant meson screens and nuclear dampers. She has a pair of model 6 fib computers and is capable of 2 G acceleration and has no agility rating.
