The governments in Khandi maintain 11 Scout bases and six Naval bases. The average technology level is 11 (with most between 8 and 13). The highest technology level is 15 at Dauni (Dagudashaag 2020), Khandi (Dagudashaag 2119), and Zaankhid (Dagudashaag 2318).
