Description / Specifications[edit]
This is also known as Victein's Hand Subsector. Victein is a deity in the mythology of several species found in the Iphigenaia Sector and Theron Sector. Known by various other names, Victein is identified as a tragic god who reached out to grab the stars and was driven mad by their glory.
