Subsector B of Riftspan Reaches Sector. The coreward-spinward region of the subsector is claimed by the Aslan Hierate, while the rimward portion is part of the Great Rift.
Description[edit]
The worlds along the rift's edge were given lesser importance. They were often settled by 'backfill' after the initial Aslan expansion coreward, with a second wave of colonization back towards the Great Rift and its fringes. The subsector has never faced any significant threat from outside the Hierate, but inter-clan feuding results in a high proportion of small warships being fielded, even by those who can't really afford them.
Subsector Summary: 1116[edit]
Hwiwuiyo, subsector B of Riftspan Reaches, contains 15 worlds with an estimated combined population of 1 billion, a per capita income of Cr3,167, and a total economy of BCr4,209. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr178 through 15 starports (2 Class A, 8 Class B, 2 Class C, 3 Class D) employing 28,100 people. Driving this interstellar trade are one Agricultural (Ag) world, one Non-Agricultural (Na) world, one Pre-Agricultural (Pa) world, three Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, no Rich (Ri) worlds, and no Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Hwiwuiyo maintain three Clan bases. The average technology level is 10 (with most between 8 and 11). The highest technology level is 13 at Wehwilaw (Riftspan Reaches 0905) and Elei'eah (Riftspan Reaches 1608).
Hwiwuiyo, subsector B of Riftspan Reaches, contains 20 stars and 189 identified planets; 11 monostellar systems, three binary systems, one trinary system, and no systems with four or more stars. 14 of the 15 systems (93%) have native gas giants. There are one Asteroid (As) belt, one Desert (De) world, one Garden (Ga) world, no Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, three Poor (Po) worlds, one Vacuum (Va) world, and two Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.
Hwiwuiyo has an estimated population of 1 billion distributed across no High population (Hi) worlds, two Moderate population (Ph) worlds, nine Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, two Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population worlds are Tikaorlu (Riftspan Reaches 1204) and Ryurarai (Riftspan Reaches 1304). The population consists primarily of 1 sophont group.

Aslan Hierate[edit]
The Aslan Hierate has jurisdiction over all of the worlds with an estimated combined population of 1 billion, a per capita income of Cr3,167, and a total economy of BCr4,209. The governments in the Aslan Hierate maintain three Clan bases within the subsector. The average technology level is 10 (with most between 8 and 11). The highest technology level is 13 at Wehwilaw (Riftspan Reaches 0905) and Elei'eah (Riftspan Reaches 1608).
The Aslan Hierate has an estimated population of 1 billion within the subsector, distributed across no High population (Hi) worlds, two Moderate population (Ph) worlds, nine Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, two Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population worlds are Tikaorlu (Riftspan Reaches 1204) and Ryurarai (Riftspan Reaches 1304). The population consists primarily of 1 sophont group.
