Subsector B of Riftspan Reaches Sector. The coreward-spinward region of the subsector is claimed by the Aslan Hierate, while the rimward portion is part of the Great Rift.
Description[edit]
The worlds along the rift’s edge were given lesser importance. They were often settled by ‘backfill’ after the initial Aslan expansion coreward, with a second wave of colonization back towards the Great Rift and its fringes. The subsector has never faced any significant threat from outside the Hierate, but inter-clan fueding results in a high proportion of small warships being fielded, even by those who can't really afford them.
