History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
After he became husband to the Duchess of Delphi & Anaxias, Asan began a series of programs to modernize the sector's worlds. First he used his position to gain mulitiple loans from the two banking megacorps for multiple projects on a couple of dozen systems to encourage industrialization and tech level advancement, although he was opposed by the entrenched Vilani nobility in some cases.
He established a sector-wide Ministry of the Interior to work with local planetary governments to advance the GPP and local infrastructure. In 1050 he inaugurated a new colonization program that eventually brought three Bwap colonies to Delphi, as well as one Githiaskio colony. In addition he improved relations with the small pocket of Vargr living on a half dozen worlds around Zzurvurh and the single colony of Aslan living out in the rift on Tolananda.
