The President appoints a Commander to do the day-to-day running of the organization, and they in turn appoint Captains, who are placed in charge of duties such as record-keeping, legal considerations, internal governance, debt collection and, where necessary, physical enforcement. The Consortium is run along Arvanite principles and its members follow a strict code of conduct based on principles of honor.
