The Rissian Light Utility Tractor is a vehicle that is a groundcraft.

Description (Specifications)[edit]
Rissian Light Amphibious Utility Tractor (TECH LEVEL A): Colonel Ryan uses thirty-eight of these vehicles in a transport company in Colonel Ryan's Rissian Regiment. This basic vehicle is very easy to modify and serves as the basis for a whole family of unarmored support vehicles. The vehicle has a crew of 3 (driver, gunner, and commander). They can carry eight troops and are designed to be inexpensive. It mounts a stabilized pintel mounted HMG on the chassis deck.
