Each named fleet in the Imperium will be commanded by a Sector Admiral, although this may occasionally be a temporary post for an officer of lesser substantive rank awaiting confirmation of promotion. All Sector Admiral appointments have to be confirmed by the Emperor and appointment to this rank attracts the title of Baron[1].
