The primary is Kimmesey, an ordinary yellow-white main sequence star. It has a luminosity of 2.126 Sols, a mass of 1.144 Sols and a diameter of 1.639 million km. The inner system consists of (II) a vacuum inner world, and (III) an exotic atmosphere radworld – orbital position (I) is empty. (IV) Janipor, a large gas giant, orbits within the habitable zone: (IVc) Jesel is its third satellite and is designated the mainworld. (V) a large gas giant, (VII) a sparse rocky planetoid belt, (VIII) a small gas giant, (IX) a small ice giant, (X) a large ringed gas giant, and (XII) a sparse icy planetoid belt form the outer system – orbital positions (VI) and (XI) are empty. Many of the worlds in the system retain satellites.

There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and other kinds of repair, and construction of both starships and non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.
