- As an industrial world, this planet has well-developed manufacturing and processing industries. Manufactured goods are a major export item.
- Its economy is rapidly growing and living conditions are expected to rapidly improve barring outside forces.
- This world is part of the Aslan Hierate, controlled by the Tlaukhu Block 4, composed of the Eakhtiyho, Eteawyolei', and Fteweyeakh clans, in the Wahtoikoeakh Subsector of Riftspan Reaches Sector.
- This world has an Aslan Tlaukhu Base, which may combine the features of an army base for ground forces, a scout base, or even a naval base for starships.

Wahtoikoeakh is the most heavily populated world in the Riftspan Reaches, home to over 91 billion Aslan.
- A landhold of the Fteweyeakh clan, the world is a major industrial center.
- The Fteweyeakh are well known for their investments in manufacturing concerns throughout the Hierate.
Note that the planet's name means "home of the Wahtoi clan leader"; this was true once, but the Fteweyeakh took control some time ago.
Wahtoikoeakh lies on the rimward edge of the Great Rift. Ihatei seeking new territory across the Rift initially surveyed the world.
- They quickly noted its dense core and rich mineral resources, and within a century the planet had been claimed by the Fteweyeakh.
- It was the jump off point for Ktouwaatritoikh's route across the Great Rift; culminating in the J-5 Trans-Rift Hierate Route.
Wahtoikoeakh's mineral wealth seemed inexhaustible, and miner after miner poured in from Hlakhoi Sector, immediately to rimward.
- Despite the high gravity - 1.4 Gs - many of the miners stayed, becoming settlers.
- Over time the world's economy diversified, and factories were built.
In modern times, the world is drastically overcrowded, its atmosphere is polluted, and its ecosphere is faltering. Local ecologists are concerned about the planet's environment, but perhaps worse is the abnormally high level of crime.
World Starport (Sp)[edit]
Wahtoikoeakh has a Class A Starport, an excellent quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and other kinds of repair, and construction of both starships and non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.

Wahtoikoeakh has a population of 90,000,000,000 sophonts (tens of billions).

Urbanization[edit]
Aslan architecture tends to the organic and the rounded. They favour artistry over efficiency in the design of their buildings -- every Aslan structure is different. Even in mass-produced housing, residents will strive to make their territory uniquely theirs.
- Since Aslan descend from predators and enjoy open terrain, their buildings often feature both open rooms of great size and a number of concealed rooms, balconies, hidden passageways and hideaways.
World Government (G)[edit]
Wahtoikoeakh is governed by a Civil Service Bureaucracy. The leadership of the government takes another form (democracy, dictatorship, oligarchy), but the bureaucracy leadership influences policy. The government leadership may select the bureaucracy leadership, but not its membership. Usually the governmental leadership is divided, or incapable of setting policy, and the bureaucracy provides a stabilizing influence. This ruling bureaucracy may be the full government bureaucractic apparatus or a section with limited jurisdiction but considerable influence, like the military.
World Law Level (L)[edit]
Criminal acts are rare but not unheard of in Aslan society. Crimes are different from the insults or slurs that provoke duels, and are classified into three categories: crimes of passion, crimes with victims, and crimes of honour.
- Crimes of passion involve misbehavior prompted by temper, anger, or provocation. The accused is judged by the head of the family, pride, or clan involved.
- Crimes with victims involve taking money or items of value, or violating the person of another for profit (kidnapping, terrorism, piracy). General practice is to have an impartial earleatrais consider the case and present findings.
- Crimes of honour involve failure to observe the rituals established for social behaviour. Judgement is made by the pride or clan head, depending on the severity of the crime. Crimes of honour are the most serious in Aslan society; in practice, most are never tried as a duel to the death occurs first.

- Even normally unthinkable rukhta - crimes of honor - are committed on a regular basis.
- As a consequence, Wahtoikoeakh's stance in the eyes of other Aslan has diminished, despite the planet's importance.
