The Second Dominate, with its capital on the planet Sacnoth (world), was an interstellar government composed of Sword Worlders. It was considered a political and lineal descendant of the original Sacnoth Dominate and a forerunner and political precursor of the Sword Worlds Confederation.
Formed in 604, the Second Dominate held power until 698.
The Second Dominate included[1] what are (in 1105) called:

Cunnonic is the only member of the predecessor states not part of the Second Dominate, as this world had been occupied by the Darrian Confederation in the meantime.
