S4 class Sopolian Tracked Workshop, TL-6: The vehicle a member of a family of military vehicles from the planet Sopol (world). They are sealed with a fire suppression system and air conditioning in addition to having over pressure versus chemical / bacteriological / and nuclear threats. It carries a massive maintenance workshop capable of supporting up to twenty mechanics. However, it can't carry that many. They must ride and drive other vehicles and bring their own tool kits depending on their respective specialty. They are armed with an unstabilized, HMG and a TAC missile in the turret. It is lighter and faster than the S1 class Sopolian Tracked Cargo Carrier from which it is derived, they are more expensive.

History & Background (Dossier)
Designed and manufactured at TL–6, these vehicles were commissioned and license built for the certain military clients on Sopol (world), in the Abidal Subsector of the Halcyon Sector in the Distant Fringe. The vehicle's three man crew have their hands full to say the least. Some of these vehicles have found their way into other military inventories. Some have been captured in battle and some have been sold on the open market. They are not specifically designed for desert combat, the Paratha Combat Brigade has had trouble with their lack of intake compression. The Parathan Forces are fond of their heavier bullet-proof armor. These serve as maintenance support vehicles in the Sopolian Regimental Combat Teams.
