Description (Specifications)[edit]

A minor interstellar power active in Core Sector during the transition of the Sylean Federation into the Third Imperium.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]

In -7, the pocket empire based on Santry, afraid that Cordovian diplomatic contact with the Sylean Federation would see the Republic outpace them, launched an attack and captured several border worlds. This started an inconclusive war which dragged on until -3, when Santry offered an armistice.

By 0, with the Santry Naval forces rebuilt, Santry's leadership was planning on restarting the war. However, with the declaration of the Third Imperium, the friendly relations between the Cordovians and the Syleans led to the Republic's worlds being willingly incorporated into the new Imperium. With access to superior ships, the Imperial Navy quickly overwhelmed the Santry forces. Santry surrendered and became the next Imperial acquisition.
