• Its surface is ice-capped with little or no atmosphere and nearly all of its water frozen.
• This world could be populated by a determined group if they had an inclination to do so...
• It is an unclaimed Non-Aligned world located in the Ratatta Subsector of Astron Sector.

• This world is a "Twilight Zone World", a planet that is tidally-locked to its star. It has a hot side that permanently faces the star, a cold side that permanently faces away, and a narrow twilight zone in-between.
• Vacuum worlds have no climate, but experience extreme differences in temperature between direct starlight and shade.

• One side of the world permanently faces towards the star and one side permanently faces away.
• In the narrow region between permanent night and permanent day, the primary star eternally hangs on the horizon.

• It lies within the zone's warmer inner H+ region
• It receives higher levels of stellar energy.

Mainworld Size (S)

Ayrbl is a Meso World between 5,600km and 7,200km in diameter. The world has low gravity between 0.32G and 0.46G. The horizon will appear about 3.6km away.

Mainworld Atmosphere (A)

Ayrbl has a pressure of less than 0.001 atmospheres which requires the use of a Vacc Suit. TL–8 or more advanced survival gear is required to settle this world.

Mainworld Hydrosphere (H)

Ayrbl has 05-15% of its surface covered by ice, either in vast sheets or contained deep within craters or fractures on the surface. Wilderness refueling is possible. Water for the inhabitants can be got by mining and melting ice.

• The surface of the world is composed of a crust of ice many kilometers thick.
• Much of the surface is cratered and covered in regolith and thick dust of meteoric origin, leaving only around 10% of the icy outer shell exposed.
• Below the outer icy shell is a world-ocean of liquid water.
