Liikiir is a rich and agricultural production world with a shirt-sleeve atmosphere and a balance of available surface water. The system supports a population in the millions of sophonts, lacking the industrial base to be completely self-supporting. This system serves as the capital for the subsector. This is a high technology world with available technology over the standards for Charted Space. It is a member of Third Imperium in the Remnants Subsector of Dagudashaag Sector and in the Domain of Vland. Liikiir, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estate of an Imperial knight and the fiefdoms of a baron and the Subsector duke. All three are members of the Imperial Nobility charged with overseeing the world. The system supports both an Imperial Naval Base and a Scout Base with the additional starship traffic. During the Long Night this world was named Erkuushkis.

Astrography and planetology

Liikiir is a member of the Nimluin Cluster. The naval base hosts elements of the 190th Fleet.

Liikiir orbits the secondary M1 V star, and the world is less suitable for human habitation than Akigir but has greater agricultural output and had become a very important world in the subsector.

The delicate ecology here that supports the agricultural infrastructure is constantly under threat; there are very strict environmental laws and rigid quarantine procedures in place for visitors.
