The First Fleet of Dzo Navy -- the actual Fleet -- has a mission to protect the territory of the First Fleet of Dzo. Logistics and support vessels are not a construction priority for most of the polity's leaders. As a result, the fleet has been forced to use captured civilian vessels of all sizes and shapes to meet its supply needs. A variety of ships taken from other Vargr states find their way into the fleet.
