This is the source world and head of the Wave Chasers project. It is technically ranked as the capital of an interstellar polity, though it has (and its citizens seek) none of the typical prestige of such a title.

Oytriloyt has a Class A Starport, an excellent quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and other kinds of repair, and construction of both starships and non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.

Until 1041, this was the only purely Droyne world in the sector (though a significant number also existed on Yaskoyloyt within some years of its founding). Starting in 1041 and for about six and a half decades afterward, it has been supplying colonists and equipment to establish ever-further-away colonies, reaching all the way across Datsatl Sector and into Chit Botshti Sector.
