Tranian Fierana Minomoru
Tranian Fierana Minomoru, 2nd Archduke of 6th Creation of the Archdukes of Gateway.
- Son of Brandon Minomoru (Born 165-1084).
Description (Specifications)[edit]
Lord Tranian's father, Archduke Brandon, died of natural causes in 1112. Lord Tranian was crowned archduke personally by the hand of Emperor Strephon. Following his elevation to the status of Archduke, Tranian went home to Daramm for two years to oversee the transition of power. In 1114 he returned to Capital and plans to spend most of his time there. As the Domain of Gateway is currently quiescent, the majority of the Archducal duties of the Domain government can be administered from Capital, and the rest can be administered through his seneschal who remains in the Ley Sector as his Lord-lieutenant. Archduke Tranian is a powerful voice for tradition and honor in the Moot and the Imperium as a whole.
History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
In his youth, the Lord Tranian lived a life centered on the Emperor’s court at Capital, becoming a protégé of Emperor Strephon who taught the future archduke the rudiments of state-craft. Lord Tranian also developed close social relationships with the Grand Princess Ciencia Iphegenia and the Princes Varian and Lucan. He entered the Karbiili School, and while he only earned mediocre marks, he graduated without difficulty. He later attended the University of Sylea and studied law and ethical philosophy.
Upon completing his formal education, Lord Tranian remained on Capital and spent much of his time as a proxy for his parents in the deliberations of the Moot. Despite his youth, Lord Tranian earned a reputation for both integrity and legal expertise.
