Tisilli is a non-aligned, high-population water world located two parsecs outside Aslan Hierate space in the Hkea'as Subsector of the Trojan Reach.

At 6 billion, the world has the highest population in the subsector and is composed of 75% Aslan colonists and 25% human natives. Tisilli was originally settled by explorers from Drinax (Trojan Reach 2223), but had fallen to TL-1 by the time the Aslan arrived two centuries ago. These Aslan arrivals were clanless Outcasts and low-standing Awkhea, followers of an Aslan prophet named Tarelriylr who preached a more egalitarian social structure and claimed the poor and the oppressed were the most likely to be the reincarnations of ancient heroes.

Tisilli society is a unique amalgamation of Tarelriylr’s followers, other Aslan Outcasts and Ihatei, and integrated human natives of Tisilli who are counted as equals. The government contains landholding Aslan males and human elders, as well as elected council of females from both races.
