Tisilli is a non-aligned, high-population water world located three parsecs outside Aslan Hierate space in the Hkea'as Subsector of the Trojan Reach.

Tisilli is a Meso World between 10,400km and 12,000km in diameter. The world has a standard gravity between 0.7G and 0.9G. The horizon will appear about 4.7km away.

Mainworld Atmosphere (A)

Tisilli has a pressure of 1.50 to 2.49 atmospheres. A Dense Atmosphere requires no survival gear although it may be hard on sophonts not accustomed to it.

Mainworld Hydrosphere (H)

Tisilli has 95-100% of its surface covered by liquid water with only a few islands and archipelagos. Wilderness refueling is possible. Such worlds are Water Worlds or Ocean Worlds.

History & Background (Dossier)

At 6 billion, the world has the highest population in the subsector. This population is composed of 75% Aslan colonists and 25% Human natives. Tisilli was originally settled by explorers from Drinax (Trojan Reach 2223), but had fallen to TL-1 by the time the Aslan arrived two centuries ago. These Aslan arrivals were clanless outcasts and low-standing awkhea, followers of an Aslan prophet named Tarelriylr who preached a more egalitarian social structure. He claimed that the poor and oppressed were the most likely to be reincarnations of ancient heroes.

Tisilli society is a unique amalgamation of Tarelriylr's followers, other Aslan outcasts and ihatei, and integrated Human natives of Tisilli who are counted as equals. The government contains landholding Aslan males and human elders, as well as an elected council of females from both races.

World Starport (St)

Tisilli has a Class B Starport, a good quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and most kinds of repair, and construction of non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.

Tisilli has a population of 6,000,000,000 sophonts (billions).

Tisilli has a moderate level with laws covering many areas of government and interaction. These laws are simple enough that most people can act as their own advocate, though for serious issues a professional is recommended. Law enforcement officials will be present, but not in great numbers. Personal concealable firearms, and anything more destructive, are typically regulated or prohibited.
