Description[edit]
The Duchy of Mapepire, also known as the Mapepire Cluster, is a small state of 14 systems and six billion inhabitants, primarily Humaniti. The Duchy began as little more than a protection racket but evolved into a full-fledged federal government, albeit with minimal regulations and a reputation for local autonomy.
