Springflow is a pre-agricultural and nonindustrial world lacking adequate development for its economy to become prosperous.
- As a nonindustrial world, it requires extensive imports of outside technology to maintain a modern, star-faring society. The need to import most manufactured and high technology goods drives the price of these goods up in the open market.
- It is a member of the Solomani Confederation in the Akuusir Subsector of Dark Nebula Sector.
Description / Astrography & Planetology[edit]

History & Background / Dossier[edit]
Within the wider Solomani Confederation, this world is part of the Akuusir Charter Organisation, a multi-world government with a political and administrative centre on Satwor.
Solomani Security keeps a close eye on things to ensure the security of the Confederation and the well-being of its loyal citizens. The worlds of this subsector are still in the process of assimilation into Confederation society, and are often indifferent or hostile to the central authority. Almost anyone could be a SolSec informant, passing on all sorts of useful information: some gain a reward or benefit for their actions, others are coerced, and some see it as an act of duty to help protect the Solomani state and its interests.
- Local tribal disputes are complex and long-simmering, often causing problems for Confederation officials.
World Starport (St)[edit]
Springflow has a Class B Starport, a good quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and most kinds of repair, and construction of non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.

World Government (G)[edit]
Springflow has a Captive Government or Colony. The world is ruled by an external government, there is no self-rule. This is a colony or conquered area. The local government is an oligarchy appointed by, and answerable only to, the external government.
Governance of this world is from Satwor.

World Timeline[edit]
- 1037: A conference of activists draft and sign the Akuusir Charter, which asserts that because the Akuusir Cluster had been originally colonised by Solomani, the worlds rightfully belong to the Confederation.
- The Charter includes a mutual defence agreement and several resolutions, including petitioning the Secretariat for admission.
- 1041: Satwor becomes a member of the Solomani Confederation, beginning the rapid absorption of other Cluster worlds.
- The cluster annexation is denounced by powerful Aslan clans and imposes a significant burden on district and regional resources.
