In the era of the Solomani Confederation, the Nebula Federalist faction, which seeks to lower military spending to reduce Confederation taxes and favours greater emphasis on local Home Guard forces, is highly influential here.
Within the wider Solomani Confederation, this world is part of the Akuusir Charter Organisation, and hosts its political and administrative centre.
