Spaick is an agricultural, nonindustrial world still lacking adequate means to expand its economy.
- As an agricultural world, this world is a near-ideal environment for producing quality foodstuffs of plant, animal, and other forms. Quality foodstuffs are a major export commodity for this world.
- It requires extensive imports of outside technology to maintain a modern, star-faring society. Having to import most manufactured and high tech goods drives the price up for these items at this world.
- It is a member of the Hive Federation in the Cafesk Subsector of Extolian Sector.

World Starport[edit]
Spaick has a Class A Starport, an excellent quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and other kinds of repair, and construction of both starships and non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.
World Population (P)[edit]
Spaick has a population of 4,000,000 sophonts (millions).
- This is a Nonindustrial World, too small to support the complete chain of production of most goods from start to finish.
World Languages[edit]
- Hiver Sign Language
- Gurvin
- Non-Hiver locals will typically speak Gurvin augmented with a pidgin of local languages and Ithkluri, to provide ambiguity and metaphor lacking from the standard Gurvin vocabulary.
World Government (G)[edit]
Spaick is governed by a Feudal Technocracy. Society divides itself based on the technical requirements of the society. Each of these functions are granted as a fief to an individual or group. Leadership of these fiefs determines the head of the government.
World Military[edit]
As a member of the Hive Federation, this world can call upon Ithklur warriors as well as its own defence forces.
World Law Level (L)[edit]
Spaick has a moderate level with laws covering many areas of government and interaction. These laws are simple enough that most people can act as their own advocate, though for serious issues a professional is recommended. Law enforcement officials will be present, but not in great numbers. All firearms except shotguns, and anything more destructive, are typically regulated or prohibited.
World Technology Level (TL)[edit]
Spaick possesses a Technology Level of TL–11 or TL-B in Hexadecimal Notation.
- Common Communication technologies for this TL include: Holovision, Personal Global Communications, and advanced Translators.
- Common Power Generation technologies for this TL include: Increasingly advanced fusion plants and advanced fuel cells.
- Common Transportation technologies for this TL include:
- Land, Water & Air: Personal G-Tubes and advanced gravcraft.
- Space: Advanced interplanetary spacecraft (System Craft).

World Economy[edit]
The Hive Federation currency (or closest equivalent) is the Biyzihn.
