• As a preindustrial world, this planet cannot yet manufacture enough high-technology resources to support a modern, star-faring society. Having to import most manufactured and high tech goods drives the price up for these items at this world.
• This world hopes to one day be one of the subsectors industrial powerhouses, but hasn't realized that dream yet. The leaders of this world are regularly embarking on trade missions to attract more investment capital, worker-immigrants, and other necessary stepping stones to achieve this goal.
• It is a Non-Aligned world dominated by human sophonts located in the Thepo Subsector of Matzen Sector.

• This world is controlled by Fohafae.

Description (Astrography & Planetology)

The largest star within the system is a pulsating, very rapidly spinning ball of extremely hot gas that grows and shrinks over a regular cycle. The object is rarely spherical, instead exhibiting bulges and hollows across its surface as it pulsates. It regularly kicks out vast flares of material, it is surrounded by intense radiation belts, and is a powerful radio transmitter. Its mass is enough to warp space-time, causing time dilation effects to objects in close proximity.

• It behaves as a powerful radio and sensor jammer within the hex.
• It transmits signals and static all across the electromagnetic spectrum.
• Although it has the greatest mass, the star is designated as the tertiary.

While a Dense Atmosphere requires no survival gear this atmosphere also contains an unusual taint such as such as disease, a hazardous gas mix, pollutants, or sulfur compounds which requires the use of a Filter Mask. Some taints may require more protective equipment. TL–3 or more advanced survival gear is required to settle this world.
