The local Human Image community are a religious group that believes that Humans were created in the image of their deity, and that other "supposedly intelligent" species are merely a mockery of that deity's work. This is at odds with the wider ethos of the Constellation of Koekhon and the Julian Protectorate, but so far the situation hasn't become any more unastable than is normal for Julian space.

Jyestha House has a Class B Starport, a good quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions.
