The Happy class Transport is a TL–10 Military Combat Support Ship.
Description (Specifications)[edit]
Built for Battle Fleet Biskra (Crucis Margin 1921). This is a class of TL–10 cargo carrier is very inexpensive for its size. It carries 13 heavy missile bays and average armor. It is a partially streamlined sphere structure hull for gas giant refueling with scoops and a fuel refinery. They are a fleet support element. Originally intended as a dominator battle cruiser, with just enough weapons to force a planet to surrender rather than withstand its nuclear artillery batteries. The tight 6,000MCr. budget meant it ran out of money before it ran out of space. So it was reclassified and used as an armed cargo transport. The Old Worlds Navy relies on this class to resupply forward elements. They carry a company of marines. It has some redundant systems in the event of battle damage, including the computer and bridge. There is a low watch to replace crew losses. It has jump 1 range and 1 Gs acceleration with no agility, it can not keep up main fleet elements, they are send ahead to rendezvous at pre-set rally points and caches.
