Gvuerllagztunikserr is an agricultural world with an ideal environment for producing food from plants, animals, or other lifeforms. The system has a population in the hundreds of thousands of sophonts. It is a Vargr dominated Non-Aligned world in the Khuzedhoth Subsector of Knoellighz Sector.
- This is a "low technology" world with technology competencies well below standard for Charted Space.

History & Background / Dossier[edit]
Under the Charisma and influence of their Charismatic Dictator, the original colonists of Gvuerllagtunikserr failed to survey their new world's riches and instead landed in great numbers of Jump-2 and Jump-3 starships and left them on the tarmac of the then C-rated Downport. At the guidance of the Vargr leader, the people migrated to agrarian and ranching regions and left the Starport unattended. After thirty years, the unattended Downport still sees use, if a pilot can find an unused berth empty of a craft.
World Starport[edit]
Gvuerllagztunikserr has a Class D Starport, a poor quality installation which has few of the expected amenities. There is unrefined fuel for starships and a limited variety of ship provisions. There is no shipyard of any kind, but there may be parts and technical support for doing minor services and repair. Ports of this classification generally consist of only a downport, unless this is a trade port or system with an hostile environment mainworld.
- The D-rated starship graveyard is self-service and though its facilities are thirty years or more defunct, a crew can still find a system that might handle a task such as refueling or refining. Somewhere among the abandoned starships is a purifier that can be brought back online after minor calibration. The Downport is barely patrolled by the nearest farming community on a weekly basis.
World Technology Level[edit]
Gvuerllagztunikserr possesses a Technology Level of TL–4.
- Common Communication technologies for this TL include: Telephone and telegraphs, widespread printing.
- Common Power Generation technologies for this TL include: Early electricity, hydrocarbon internal combustion.
- Common Transportation technologies for this TL include:
- Land: Trains and early automobiles.
- Water: Clippers and steam ships.
- Air: Dirigibles, balloons, very basic rockets.
World Government[edit]
Gvuerllagztunikserr is governed by a Charismatic Dictatorship. Charismatic governments justify their ability to rule by simply asserting their right to rule. Charismatic dictatorships are typically young governments, coming as a recent change, and rely on the leader(s) to supply head of government.
- Today, the planetary Alpha, again a Charismatic Dictator, maintains a family estate near the dilapidated Downport and meets with interstellar Emissaries from both the Infinity League to Spinward and the Ascendancy Pact. Uninterested in joining either polity, Gvuerrllagtunikserr still conducts export trade of food and livestock in exchange for the simpler needs of its peoples. Though Emissaries glare at each other across the meeting room table of the local Dictator, there is little to fight over here. Nevertheless, the Quiet Wars still simmer in the skies above this world without much protest from the simpler locals.
- The mainworld has been undergoing negotiations with the Ascendancy Pact to permit extensive surveys, but no plans for annexation of this non-aligned world have been brought to the table. The polity is content to conduct simple trade with the Agricultural and Pre-Rich communities.
World Military[edit]
So great is the starship graveyard that it is estimated that if the planet's population were to return, starship weapons could be brought online and lend grounded defense of the defunct Downport, but such an defense is unlikely and largely uncalled for.
World Economy[edit]
Farming and ranching are the main commodities sold to visiting starships. Electricity is supplied by windmill turbines and fast river mills turning scavenged generators from the starship graveyard. Powered weapons are purposely forgotten and discarded at the Downport in favor of simpler rifles, melee weapons and racial Infighting. Though Law is elevated on this world, the distance between farming communities is great enough that crossing the terrain to engage in battle is hardly worth the effort away from farming chores back home.
