History & Background (Dossier)

Delta Theta was a refuge for priests of the Church of Nom, who fled there after their homeworld, Goertel (Trojan Reach 1222) was conquered by the Glorious Empire in 556.

• When the government of Acis attempted to throw off the tyranny (and Tyrinny...) of the Tyrian Lordships, and was defeated, several of its leaders also fled to Delta Theta.
• Delta Theta is, unfortunately, itself threatened by probing forces from the Glorious Empire.

World Starport (Sp)

Delta Theta has a Class B Starport, a good quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and most kinds of repair, and construction of non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.
