Aagumam is a high-population, pre-rich world with a billion or more sophonts in population size.
- It lacks adequate resources to expand its economy to a rich status.
- Its economy and population are rapidly growing and living conditions are expected to quickly rise barring outside forces.
- This world is a member of the Ithklur Aexzz in Melantris Subsector of Leonidae Sector.
Description (Astrography & Planetology)[edit]
This world is part of the namesake Aagumam Cluster.
Stellar Data[edit]
Mainworld Data[edit]
Mainworld Size (S)[edit]
Aagumam is a Meso World between 7,200km and 8,800km in diameter. The world has a standard gravity between 0.4G and 0.57G. The horizon will appear about 4km away.
Mainworld Atmosphere (A)[edit]
Aagumam has a pressure of 0.71 to 1.49 atmospheres. A Standard Atmosphere does not require survival gear and will likely be easy for most sophonts to breathe.
Mainworld Hydrosphere (H)[edit]
Aagumam has 65-75% of its surface covered by liquid water. It has significant large liquid bodies. Wilderness refueling is possible.
Mainworld Geography & Topography[edit]

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
World Starport (Sp)[edit]
Aagumam has a Class A Starport, an excellent quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and other kinds of repair, and construction of both starships and non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.
World Population (P)[edit]
Aagumam has a population of 2,000,000,000 sophonts (billions).
- High Population Worlds like this tend to have huge consumer markets.
World Demographics[edit]
Ithklur, 95%
World Languages[edit]
World Government (G)[edit]
Aagumam is governed by a Charismatic Oligarchy.
World Law Level (L)[edit]
Aagumam has an extreme law level which covers every area of interaction. Laws are complex, detailed, and difficult to understand. Every interaction with the government requires an Advocate. Law enforcement is omnipresent and strict. Legal proceeding can take months to years to resolve and may involve dozens of people. A world with this law level may be an Amber Zone or a Red Zone. All objects specifically manufactured as weapons are typically regulated or prohibited (with no exception for private residences; visiting starships are only protected so long as they stay within designated starports and approach corridors). Civilian movement is rigidly controlled. On worlds with this degree of law, it is difficult to distinguish the police from the military. On others, there is no difference.
World Technology Level (TL)[edit]
Aagumam possesses a Technology Level of TL–13 or TL-D in Hexadecimal Notation.
- Common Communication technologies for this TL include: Holovideo recorders.
- Common Power Generation technologies for this TL include: Miniature super-batteries, prototype collectors, advanced fusion plants.
- Common Transportation technologies for this TL include:
- Land, Water & Air: Personal G-Tubes and advanced gravcraft.
- Space: Advanced interplanetary spacecraft (System Craft).
- FTL: Jump Drive-4.
World Culture[edit]
To the mainstream Ithklur culture, the highest goal of any individual is awareness of one's true nature. That nature, being truth, has inherent integrity and is incorruptible. The Ithklur belief in a supreme power, called "the ultimate concern", does not follow patterns of ritualized worship. To live in the present moment, for there may never be another, is a key virtue.
- All Ithklur are considered to be a member of one of two groups: the elementary (Brunnen) or the enlightened (D*vakken). The latter have discovered their true nature and have taken on greater responsibility as a result.
