The military of this planet is charged with the defense of the emperor and his or her loyal subjects.

Strategy & Doctrine (Operations)

The primary philosophy to create an obstacle which potential invader could hope reduce through attrition or siege, which would afford the emperor's delagates an opportunity to explore diplomatic solutions.
