These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr471 through 8 starports (4 Class-A, 4 Class-B) employing 125,305 people.

Yiklerzdanzh Polities

All major Carillon governments, including all of the states of balkanized Dim Rock, are democratic -- save for the AI dictatorship of Winters Blanket, which still takes advice from the citizens nonetheless.

Military & Intelligence (Force Projection)

Pirate and Corsair bands dominate this realm in a wide variety of vessels. The Harmony Class Corsair is a typical example. Piracy appears internal, for the most part; the Carillon are generally non-aggressive to outsiders. Given their tendency to both democratic decision-making and biotech, it is speculated that various factions may be preying on one another in a form of consensual darwinian self-betterment. This might also explain the choice of "Harmony" to designate an apparent corsair vessel.

Political Relations

Relations with the Talpaku Communality are neutral. The Talpaku prefer to understand the people they deal with, and the Carillon have always baffled them. The Talpaku are, however, aware that the Carillon have never shown aggressive intent. Some nearby worlds are now inhabited by members of both species, and through this it is hoped that a better understanding will develop between them.

The Izrats Kriezhlas Unity and the Carillon have fairly warm relations, particularly as a result of Carillon assistance in producing a Vlazhdumecta-suitable anagathic. However, the two nations are beginning to squabble over colonization and political influence in the Hammer Cluster, which has somewhat strained their relationship.

The Meichntid Ibl don't get along with the Carillon Harmonies. The two states are rivals over trade and influence in Stellar Chorus Subsector. Also, the Meichntid Ibl fear and distrust Carillon biotechnology.
