Concept of Small Independent Colonization Packs (SICP)
The concept describes a "quick", "cheap" colonization process, by usage of many standard components and predefined processes, incl. the possibilty to make some money or better to save as much money as possible. Because of the Order of the Solomani Party Each Sector has to send Citizen to the colonies, to make a quick progess there was a motivation proramm, that Solomani Party pays a percentage of the costs to the Sectors as subsidy for economic development of the sector for initiating and running the process. This was not a written order, it was just on conversational level under peers. officially there were no colonization activity within Solomani Sphere. Because the Concept of SICP mostly used Standard Components , it was cheap, and for this it was award winning.
