This class uses a fully streamlined conical hull and has jump 4 fleet mobility. Inexpensive for its size, it can scoop and refine fuel from planetary hydrospheres, if need be. It is equipped with minimal crew, and carries twelve 50 ton cutters and a 20 ton launch. It retains the 6 G acceleration of the cruiser, but the power plant was scaled back, which results in no agility.
