Description

Khtyeai (Riftspan Reaches 0124) represents the outermost major settlement in the rift. Both Khtyeai and Teirikh (Riftspan Reaches 0722) have very good starports, and Teirikh also supports a large naval base. The Aslan Hierate doesn't comment on the reason for such a heavy military presence in what is mostly a region of empty space.
