Clan Yerlyaruiwo
A major Aslan clan, currently considered the foremost in the entire Aslan Hierate. The Yerlyaruiwo are a founding member of the Tlaukhu and lead the most powerful bloc within the council, which includes the Hrawoao, the Eisohiyw and the Ferekhearl.
Culture & Society (Ethnology)[edit]
Yerlyaruiwo philosophy pays much attention to emotional control, especially in combat. The Yerlyaruiwo-Tralyeaeawi War demonstrated this talent well. While the Tralyeaeawi enjoyed many advantages during that conflict, Yerlyaruiwo frustrated and enraged them to the point of recklessness, which soon cost them the war.
Yerlyaruiwo sees itself as the guardian of Tlaukhu honor. Its representatives and diplomats correct their counterparts from other major clans on points of conduct with little hesitation. They are usually the first to challenge more serious infractions.
Technology & Trade (Commerce)[edit]
The Yerlyaruiwo issue the Yahai currency; due to the clan's power, this is one of the currencies dominating interstellar trade within the Hierate.

- Sole owner of Tlasayerlahel.
History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
Yerlyaruiwo was one of the Tlaukhu founder clans, and one of the two most powerful clans on Kusyu at the time of the founding. It was co-inventor (with the Khaukheairl) of the jump drive. The two clans kept the jump drive secret from other clans for many years, to keep the advantage over them. In -1667 the two fought a long-expected war. Both sides were weakened and the wider Tlaukhu forced them to share their knowledge of the jump drive.
Yerlyaruiwo was one of the four clans that signed the Peace of Ftahalr.
It was involved in a long war with the Tralyeaeawi from 614 to 693.
