The Suerrat Cultural Region is an Imperial Cultural Region centered around the Suerrat culture.

The Suerrat themselves call the region the Suerrat Republic, though the Imperium does not recognise that name and carefully limits Suerrat autonomy. Several petitions have been made to the Imperial Moot to allow the Suerrat Cultural Region to form a navy and army, citing the Geonee Cultural Region and the Geonee Self Defense Forces as precedent. However, the Ilelish Revolt has not been forgotten, and the Imperium is wary about giving true firepower to the Suerrat. Instead they are permitted an internal peacekeeping force.

The cultural centre of the Suerrat Cultural Region is Dilipuu, though Ilelish, as the Suerrat homeworld, has considerable influence too.
