History and Background[edit]

As of 1105, the E-rated Downport of Lleronggvoeng is being slowly disassembled and condemned. On the Rimward edge of the Infinity League in Khuzedhoth Subsector, this world has been completely left behind as a border world to Gvurrdon Sector. Given its Failing status (at a -1 TL deficiency), Lleronggvoeng is being repurposed for planetary mining since there are no planetoid belts in-system to exploit. One thousand Vargr continue to break down the remaining facility as the occasional salvage team sifts through the remnant Startown for scrap metal and other left-behind materials. It is this reclamation task-force that makes up the miniscule Law rating of the system, policing their own.

There are three Gas Giants in the outer orbits of Lleronggvoeng that serve as wilderness refueling. The outermost Giant features an abandoned fuel refinery that is also slated for disassembly and salvage in the following years. Until such time, tramp traders with faulty or malfunctioning fuel processors manage to skim for fuel, stop here to personally refine their gatherings, and leave the system. A hardcopy log allows captains to register their arrival and departure dates and times.

Later Era[edit]

After 1114, this system is again surveyed for potential as a site for a Psionics Institute by the Office of the President of the Infinity League. However, funding such in secret and away from protestors and Zhodani influence makes this world not worth the effort.

Virus Era 1130s

Prospectors continue to mine the planet's crust until the 1130s when Vampire Fleets refueling in-system make such ventures dangerous. The system continues to see use by smugglers as a stepping stone to other destinations as it has very little law enforcement and no government.
