Koog Sector is located coreward of the Two Thousand Worlds and trailing of Vargr Space.
Description (Specifications)[edit]
This sector is part of an "island" of normal stellar density within the Lesser Rift. The region and any civilizations located here are as yet uncharted, though Human, Vargr and K'kree expeditions might have been launched. It is speculated that Hhkar, Worldships of the Wandering People, and possibly Droyne might be operating here, and there are probably local Minor Races. Conventional jump travel, however, faces the obstacle of the Rift. Perhaps one day technological breakthrough will lead to mass exploration and settlement of the region.
