Description (Specifications)[edit]
The Free Human League was a coalition of worlds with a centralised military, existing from at least -530 to 132. It was based in Eta-Gu Subsector (Delphi M) and Riramla Subsector (Delphi N), and traded with other pocket empires of the region including the Ychean Empire and the Ral Ranta. The League allied itself with the Third Imperium at an early date, and joined the Imperium officially in 132, formalising the existing state of affairs.
Major Worlds[edit]
Eta-gu was once identified as the capital of the eponymous subsector, being an important trading center during the Rule of Man. During the Long Night its dominance faded, and by the time of the Sylean Federation it was a minor world in the Free Human League.
Vashtii was referred to as the capital of the Free Human League from -530 to 132, when an agreement was signed formalising an existing arrangement which allied the FHL with the Imperium. Vashtii was named in the agreement as the Subsector Capital (in time the role would move to Korbak); the agreement also allowed the League's government to form the new Imperial Subsector governments for both Eta-Gu and Riramla subsectors, which it dominated.
History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
The Free Human League consisted of worlds that banded together to stave off the worst effects of the Long Night. It was based in Eta-Gu (Delphi M) and Riramla (Delphi N) subsectors. The League's major trading partners were the Ychean Empire to coreward, which dominated what is now the Aklan Subsector (Delphi I), and Ral Ranta to trailing -- the Ral Ranta Empire then extended into the Zuma and Breda subsectors (Delphi O and P).
