International Politics[edit]

International Politics is the realm both of the International Diplomat and the Interplanetary Dynasty

With the sheer number of Governments, the number of relationships is more than can be detailed here.

Shelter Vs New Heaven[edit]

One of the defining relationships of the New Earth System, and keeping these two states from a shooting war has been a major factor in international diplomacy.

East Sapphire Vs West Sapphire[edit]

East Sapphire's ecological stance is utterly at odds with West Sapphire's path for their half of the planet. It's less of a problem for the New Earth Council because of the ocean dividing the two states.

Shelter Vs New Heaven[edit]

Another of New Heaven's awkward relationships.

Governments on Dis[edit]

Dis is the one world in the New Earth System that does not have a world government. Instead it has multiple colonies of other Governments (masquerading as independent) bickering over the local resources.

FTL Research[edit]

This one topic is the greatest factor in changing political alliances as the Research and Investigation paths to gaining the technology moves from state to state.

Ecological Alliance[edit]

A group of governments that take the potential for over-exploitation of the system's resources as a major priority in their international outlook
