Description (Character)

Oro Zaekhgu was an Aekhu Vargr from the "Mountains of Clouds" on Gabrael.

Brought up on the edge of a small wilderness pack - her parents were killed when she was young by a Gabrael Devil that got into their house. How it passed both doors of the airlock is not known! As a consequence, she was a loner from her earliest memory.

History & Background (Biography)

Born on Gabrael in 1116, Oro learned Aekhu at home and Anglic for those few occasions when the family made trips into the nearest village or down to the Starport. Schooling was poor - computer moderated and neglected as often as not in favour of practical experience, hunting for food.

Her parents had spent a brief time during her childhood working on Kaesgus - in a mining consortium - but she much preferred it when she returned to Gabrael.

Oro Zaekhgu never really considered that the Abandonment was for her, and just remained in her mountain home.

Oro is someone who likes to carve small wooden sculptures - some are occasionally sold for a few credits. She couldn't live on the proceeds.

From a young age, Oro was seen as an uncanny hunter - excellent, but a bit scary, in the way she could track her quarry through the mists and forests of her mountains. She learned, early to hide how successful she actually was.
