History & Background / Dossier[edit]

This world has come increasingly under the political influence of the Anubian Trade Coalition. Jump-2 traffic passing between the heart of the Coalition and Reuper must pass through Borman. As a result of this traffic, Borman is in practice under greater influence from the ATC than its leaders on Dullsure.

World Starport[edit]

Borman has a Class E Starport, a frontier quality installation with few expected amenities. There is unrefined fuel for starships and a limited variety of ship provisions. There is no shipyard of any kind, but there may be parts and technical support for doing minor services and repair. Ports of this classification generally consist of a downport.

World Population (P)[edit]

Borman has a population of 8,000,000 sophonts (millions).

  • This is a Nonindustrial World, too small to support the complete chain of production of most goods from start to finish.

World Technology Level[edit]

Borman possesses a Technology Level of TL–6.

World Government[edit]

Borman has a Captive Government or Colony. The world is ruled by an external government, there is no self-rule. This is a colony or conquered area. The local government is an oligarchy appointed by, and answerable only to, the external government.

Governance of this world is (ostensibly) from Dullsure.
