Arshur is a pre-agricultural, pre-Industrial, moderate population world with over a hundred million, but not yet at a billion sophonts in population size.
- It requires significant imports of outside technology to maintain a modern, star-faring society.
- Its economy and population are growing and living conditions are expected to slowly improve barring outside forces.
- This is a "low technology" world with technology competencies well below technology standards for Charted Space.
- It is a Non-Aligned world dominated by human sophonts located in the Sepik Subsector of Glimmerdrift Reaches Sector.

History & Background / Dossier[edit]
The current ruler is King Aizhan Temirzhan. His noble ranking is approximately equivalent to an Imperial Baron or Viscount.
- His daughter, Princess Baysan, is known to have connections to the Ral Ranta Owato Clan on Durne and trade families within the Anubian Trade Confederation by marriage.
- Has close ties to the Ral Ranta and ATC.
- The fifth planet, outer zone, in the system is occupied by Ginshar and there is a Ginsharian naval presence sufficient to take on most smaller warships or any merchant ship.
World Starport[edit]
Arshur has a Class D Starport, a poor quality installation which has few of the expected amenities. There is unrefined fuel for starships and a limited variety of ship provisions. There is no shipyard of any kind, but there may be parts and technical support for doing minor services and repair. Ports of this classification generally consist of only a downport, unless this is a trade port or system with an hostile environment mainworld.
World Technology Level[edit]
Arshur possesses a Technology Level of TL–5.
- Common Communication technologies for this TL include: Telephone, radio, and television.
- Common Power Generation technologies for this TL include: Electricity, hydrocarbon internal combustion, and the most fundamental atomic energy.
- Common Transportation technologies for this TL include:
- Land: Ground cars or automobiles and tracked vehicles.
- Water: Large ships and submersibles with steel hulls.
- Air: Early aircraft including seaplanes and very early unmanned rockets.
World Government[edit]
Arshur is governed by a Charismatic Dictatorship. Charismatic governments justify their ability to rule by simply asserting their right to rule. Charismatic dictatorships are young governments, coming as a recent change and rely on the leader(s) to supply head of government.
