Adkhishigpa is a ring of many small worldlets (planetoids AKA an "asteroid belt"), not capable of retaining an atmosphere or water, and nonindustrial in nature.

• These worldlets warrant hazardous environment precautions.
• Life in a vacuum requires great discipline. After all, it only takes one forgotten seal on a vacuum suit to spell death. Those who survive tend to be very methodically-minded and attentive to small detail.
• The worldlets require extensive imports of outside technology to maintain a modern, star-faring society. Having to import most manufactured and high tech goods drives the price up for these items at this world.
• It is a member of the Third Empire of Gashikan in the Gashikan Subsector of Gashikan Sector.

• This world supports an associated Gashikan Scout Base.

The largest group will be between 50 and 100 individuals, and there may be dozens to hundreds of them. This governmental structure can be stable over long periods of time if the population remains small or geographically separated.

As a member of the Gashikan Empire, this world has a Velja. A planet's Velja has veto power over all decisions made by the local communities relating to space travel, defense, or interactions with other worlds.

Information and Media

The Ministry of Information and Safety (MIS) is technically an arm of the imperial Gashikan government, but in many ways it behaves independently. The Ministry's ostensible mission is to prevent the spread of damaging Vargr propaganda, and to promote peace and unity throughout the Empire. To accomplish these goals, its agents maintain careful control of all news and information.

World Law (L)

Adkhishigpa has a moderate law level with laws covering many areas of government and interaction. These laws are simple enough that most people can act as their own advocate, though for serious issues a professional is recommended. Law enforcement officials will be present, but not in great numbers. Light assault weapons, and anything more destructive, are typically regulated or prohibited.
