• Its surface is ice-capped with little or no atmosphere and nearly all of its water frozen.
• It is unable to produce quality foodstuffs and must import them.
• It is a world working toward being an industrial powerhouse but lacks an adequate workforce to do so. It must now import many of its manufactured and high tech goods.
• It is a member of the Aslan Hierate Kyatulyare Vassal in the Shillelagh Subsector of Iphigenaia Sector.

• This is a cold world with an overall climate that is at the lower temperature range of human-congruous sophont endurance.
• This is a "high technology" world with technology achievements at, near, or over technology standards for Charted Space.
• Aslan make up around 70% of the population.
• Humans make up around 30% of the population.

Uiheafti is a Meso World between 5,600km and 7,200km in diameter. The world has low gravity between 0.32G and 0.46G. The horizon will appear about 3.6km away.

Mainworld Atmosphere (A)

Uiheafti has a pressure of less than 0.1 atmospheres which requires the use of a Vacc Suit. TL–8 or more advanced survival gear is required to settle this world.

• It experiences low temperatures.

Mainworld Hydrosphere (H)

Uiheafti has 25-35% of its surface covered by ice, either in vast sheets or contained deep within craters or fractures on the surface. Wilderness refueling is possible. Water for the inhabitants can be got by mining and melting ice.

• The surface of the world is composed of a crust of ice many kilometers thick.
• Much of the surface is cratered and covered in regolith and thick dust of meteoric origin, leaving only around 30% of the icy outer shell exposed.
• Below the outer icy shell is a world-ocean of liquid water.

Satellites

Uiheafti retains a relatively large vacuum moon.

• It orbits once every few days.

Uiheafti is relatively busy. The infrastructure is being upgraded and living conditions are improving.

• The world has been settled by Ihatei Aslan, moving to spinward along the edge of the Great Rift in search of new territories.
• The resources of the system are gradually being exploited.

A number of organizations and private interests are active within the system.

• Commercial traffic is relatively frequent: ships occasionally arrive and depart.
• Commo is filled with signals and private chatter. Communications are in Trokh.
• A number of commercial navigation beacons will be active.
• A few vessels may be operating among the other worlds and moons that make up the system.

Aslan settlement began during the 1060s.

• It is a member of the Aslan Hierate Kyatulyare Vassal.
• The world falls under the broad purview of the Seieakh and Aokhalte clans.
• Prior to settlement, Uiheafti was a barren world.
• Construction is ongoing in many areas.

The human population of the world arrived with the Aslan.

• Most are integrated members of society.
• Many are not there by choice.

Uiheafti has a Class B Starport, a good quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and most kinds of repair, and construction of non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.

Uiheafti has a population of 400,000,000 sophonts (hundreds of millions).

• Around 70 percent of the population (approximately 280 million individuals) are Aslan.
• About 30 percent of the population (roughly 120 million individuals) are human.

Urbanization

A single vast metropolis is home to the entire population.

• Structures and facilities are sealed against local environmental conditions.
• Almost all of the surface of the world remains as wilderness.

All buildings are constructed in the distinctive curved style of the Aslan.

• The oldest structures on the world are no more than 50 years old.

Uiheafti possesses a Technology Level of TL–12 or TL-C in Hexadecimal Notation.
