• The subsector is named for the supernova remnant present near its center. The Tareeirii Supernova event took place approximately three million years ago, irradiating and bombarding the systems around it, and rendering many of them sterile down to bedrock.
• All of the trade routes and courier chains in the sector lead here, as Thirty is home to the capital of the Two Thousand Worlds and homeworld of the K'kree, Kirur (1315).
• The worlds of this subsector are all members of the Kirur Main, a large Main comprising nearly a thousand systems spread across much of three sectors.
