A sector at the heart of the Distant Fringe region. It contains 218 systems and has a population of approximately 39.0 billion Sophonts. Of these around 32.2 billion are humans of Terran descent, while approximately 6.8 billion are native Sophont species. Interstellar states within the sector include The Last Line, the Unity of Sed, the High Senate, Yimin Jiti, the Enlightened, the Bright Conclave, and The Retreat.
