The moon of Aleshanee is christened after a girl's name from the Coos tribe of Native American Indians, meaning 'She plays all the time'.

Aleshanee herself is a fairly non-descript moon orbiting the small, white gas giant of Coos in the outer reaches of the solar system. An important cultural and educational institution, the Caunotaucarius Imperial Finishing School Founded in 259, is located on Aleshanee, where the children of ‘Nobles in embarrassing circumstances’ are trained for Imperial service. All costs are assumed by the Imperial College of Arms.
